Copernica Ltd produces a full range of thick film products, the 'standard' of which is palladium silver printed onto 96% alumina ceramic.
Products made in this way include the interconnect and resistors for Hybrid circuits, fanouts for fine line interconnect, resistive heaters and solder bases for power components.
Circuit applications suited to Gold and Aluminum wire thermosonic
bonding are also available on Alumina and Aluminum Nitride. These
circuits may also include all the features available with standard thick-film
processing -including a full range of conductor metals, resistors, printed
