Sales systems and documentation clearly identify customers' requirement for compliant or leaded products.

Process systems and documentation actively categorize compliant and non-compliant material, with full traceability back to component level.

The lead-free solder used is compatible with PCBs, Hybrids and Components.

Thick Film inks are certified for RoHS compliance and suitability for use with lead-free solder.

Design rules have been restructured to deal with the requirements of lead-free processing.

As our products are unique to individual customers we will discuss each order to assess the RoHS requirements for that particular order. But as a general rule all products shipped now will be compliant unless otherwise stated and previously agreed with the customer.

The capability to produce leaded products has been retained, enabling us to fully service our customers' requirements.

REACH

The European Union regulation concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals (EC 1907/2006).

As a Thick Film maufacturer and a subcontract assembler, under REACH regulations we are a supplier of Articles. We do not produce or import Substances in quantities exceeding one tonne per year.

None of our “Articles” contain Substances that are intended to be released during normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, or contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in a concentration above 0.1 % by weight.

Based on above conditions we are exempt from REACH registration.
